MyHallWizard is an on-line hall booking system designed for village and church halls, community centres and all sorts of other venues. It gives you the tools to manage your customers and bookings properly, avoiding double bookings, identifying potential conflicts between different groups, and giving you full control over pricing. It saves you time by generating and emailing accurate invoices at the touch of a button, and allows you to keep track of who has and hasn’t paid.

Customer Database

Keep a record of everyone who uses your halls. 
Categorise your customers to help your own analysis and to support funding applications. 

Bookings Calendar

Manage your bookings, including single or repeat bookings. Avoid double bookings and bookings that will conflict (e.g. a brass band spoiling a meditation class).  Automatically calculate the cost of the booking, or manually enter the price. Send confirmation emails, including optional self-service acceptance or cancellation of provisional bookings by your customers. Buffer periods ensure you have time between bookings for an orderly changeover.

Public Calendar

Enable this optional feature to share your bookings calendar via the MyHallWizard website or embed the calendar into your own website. Details of private bookings remain hidden. Likewise, we do not share any personal information about your customers.

Booking Enquiries

Enable this optional feature to allow members of the public to make booking enquiries.  Once an enquiry is made, this is sent to your Booking Administrator for review.  It is as simple as the press of a button to create a booking from the enquiry, or to decline the request,


Generate invoices for an individual booking or for all bookings within a certain date range (e.g. monthly).  Review and edit the invoice before sending by email or downloading as a PDF.
VAT details can be displayed for VAT-registered venues.

Payment Tracking

Track invoice payments so you know who has and hasn’t paid. And when you’re done, generate reports to pass to your treasurer.

Accept Card Payments

Use our Stripe integration to accept debit/credit card payments from your customers for your invoices. Once they have completed payment, the invoice is automatically marked as paid. (Stripe account required. Transaction fees apply)


Use our extensive reports library to help keep on top of your bookings, invoicing and payments, and to analyse your customers and room usage. 

Imports & Exports

Import or export customer and booking details from or to spreadsheet. Use our iCal feed to export bookings to other systems such as Google Calendar.

Export to Accounting Systems

Send invoice information to accounting systems, such as Xero, Quickfile or QuickBooks, using our dedicated data exports.

Keyless Door Entry

Integrate with RemoteLock to allow automated keyless entry into your premises via a compatible lock.  Entry codes are automatically generated about 1 week prior to bookings, saving you the hassle of managing keys while ensuring customers can only access the building when booked.

Use our comprehensive suite of settings to configure MyHallWizard how you need it. 
Invite other members of your committee or staff to access your account in MyHallWizard.

No Software to Install

Intuitive to use

MyHallWizard is very intuitive to use and straightforward to set up and operate. I particularly like the flexible way to enter bookings, such as regular bookings or even ones that happen only once a month.
